TSD is a people business.., from every perspective. Our vision is not to have hundreds of artists on our books that we know nothing about just to provide options... in our humble opinion, this is a very dated agent approach to doing business. Our vision is to know 100% of our business so that we can share 100% of our knowledge when representing our very talented team.....
Ultimately what we want is the opportunity to understand the dynamics of your vision for your event, so that we can create the ultimate talent solution that will complement that experience. This allows us to set the mood from the outset, whether you are on the phone, liaising with our team via email, or our forte....on the dance floor.

AJ's Story
Having performed an average of 100 private events a year as well as managing all aspects of his own performances and bookings over the past 20 years, AJ has obtained a breadth of knowledge and understanding of both entertainers and venues that is without a doubt unsurpassed in the events arena. It is this high level of exposure that has encouraged him to share such knowledge and experience with his ‘A list’ team to develop his true passion - TALENT SOLUTIONS direct.
But even with all of this experience, AJ will tell you himself that he believes his true apprenticeship and knowledge of the events industry only came to fruition in the last 5 years or so. Why..? As a result of dealing with so many high profiled events, he was quick to understand that the ability to be able to deliver the best for his clients was not just about the performance and the real success lay within the skill set of being able to piece together the many other aspects of the performance commitments – before, during and after; both on and off the stage, with not only the client, but with all the pieces of the puzzle that was to ensure a successful event.
AJ has always believed in representing himself with the highest of integrity. His much talked about intuitiveness to ‘read’ his many audiences continues to amaze even the savviest of clients. His approach is nothing short of honest, personable and very hands on. Put simply...AJ just gets it.
